We have successfully concluded the GreenWB "Sustainable Living Labs for Regional Entrepreneurial Cooperation" workshop at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. It was an inspiring and productive event, bringing together participants from leading universities and organizations.

Day 1: Opening remarks and welcome, sharing good practice examples from our EU partners, strategy development fundamentals, and organizational capability assessment.
Day 2: Focus on setting objectives and action planning, finalizing strategy development frameworks, and defining the Sustainable Living Lab Officer profile.
Day 3: Project status updates, reviewing the project implementation plan, sessions on financial management, and risk management strategies.
